Overview
This article covers details of what data is exportable from the respondent hub and how to export it. Staying organized when managing respondents' information is critical when working in the respondent hub. Some recruiters prefer to communicate off the platform to keep, which exports are a great way of having respondents still work with the platform, but using the recruiter's external communication method.
What information is exportable?
- All sessions that respondents in the project have been scheduled to (.excel)
- All respondent information from the 'Add/Edit Respondents' dialog (.excel)
What roles can export this information?
- Project Owner
- Editor
- Collaborator
- Omni-Recruiter
- Recruiter (only the sessions they have been assigned and the respondent PII that they have entered)
What if I have PII restrictions enabled on my project?
If PII restrictions have been added to a project, then the user requesting the export will only be able to download the PII (emails & phone numbers) of respondents they input into the respondent hub themselves.
How do I export all the sessions that have respondents?
1. Head to the 'Respondents' section of a project, and then click the 'Respondent Hub' tab.
2. Click the 'Export Data' dropdown button at the top right of the page, then click 'Session Respondents'.
3. Read and agree to the disclaimer about downloading respondent data by clicking 'Confirm Request'.
4. Open the downloaded excel file.
How do I export all of the respondent data in my project?
1. Head to the 'Respondents' section of a project, and then click the 'Respondent Hub' tab.
2. Click the 'Export Data' dropdown button at the top right of the page, then click 'All of your Respondents'.
3. Read and agree to the disclaimer about downloading respondent data by clicking 'Confirm Request'.
4. Open the downloaded excel file.
