Overview
This brief guide will provide instructions on how to add transitions to your highlight reel and detail why it is beneficial. Sharing the final research story may not always come in the form of captured video content when it comes to respondents. Sometimes, you might want to set the stage for upcoming content with a transitionary moment.
Who Can Make & See Highlight Reels?
The following roles can create and edit Highlight Reels:
- Project Owner
- Editor
- Collaborator
The following roles can view Highlight Reels:
- Viewers
- Password Protected Single Share Viewers
Please note transitions can only be placed between video clips in a highlight reel.
How to Add Transitions to A Highlight Reel
From your project overview page navigate to the Insights tab and select "Highlight Reels"
Create a highlight with video clips ready to insert your transitions
Click the "Transitions" tab
Drag the transition tile in between your desired clips - Please note transitions can only be placed between video clips in a highlight reel.

Once you have inserted all of your transitions click the create highlight reel
Add a title and description for your highlight reel
Click "create" to start the rendering process
You will see the highlight reel rendering once complete the highlight reel will be available on the right handle side panel under "Highlight Reels"
