This brief guide will provide instructions on how to enable candidate availability collection in your project settings. This will allow respondents during the tech check process to easily indicate their availability for upcoming interviews, making it more convenient for both researchers and participants.
Enable Candidate Availability Collection in Your Project
To activate this feature, navigate to the project settings and check the box next to the Candidate Availability Collection option, it's in the Respondent Settings section on your project's settings page.
From the Respondent's Perspective
When respondents join the tech check, they will be presented with a user-friendly interface displaying available time slots, allowing them to indicate their availability.
