This guide provides a step-by-step procedure on how to upload and share stimuli from within the meeting room.
How to Upload And Share Stimuli
1. Accessing the Meeting Room
- Log into the discuss platform with your account and join your live session by clicking on the moderator link.
2. Locate the Upload/Share Media Button
In the meeting room, at the bottom center of your screen, you will find the "Upload/Share Media" button.
- Choose the "Upload Documents or Videos" option.
3. Choose Files to Upload
- You'll then be presented with several ways to share the stimuli to your session.
- For the purpose of this guide, select the option to upload files stored locally on your computer.
- Navigate and select the file from your computer that you'd like to upload.
- After selecting, a loading icon will appear indicating the file is being uploaded.
- Once the stimulus has been uploaded successfully, a notification will appear next to the upload button signaling that the stimulus is ready for use.
Share the Uploaded Stimulus
- Click once again on the "Upload/Share Media" button. You will now see your newly uploaded stimulus in the list.
- Find and click on the "share" button next to the desired stimulus to share it with participants. You and everyone inside the meeting room will be able to see the stim displayed, you will also have the whiteboard tools to use.
