For researchers conducting medical studies, tracking and reporting Adverse Events (AEs) is essential. Our platform provides tools to efficiently tag and manage these events during live research sessions and easily find the exact clip later.
Create an "Adverse Event" Tag
Before your session, set up a tag specifically for adverse events:
-
Navigate to the Insights tab
-
Select Tag Insights.
-
Click Manage Tags and create a new tag named "Adverse Event".
Save the Moment During the Session
While in the Interactive Meeting Room:
-
Click the Save Moment button when an adverse event occurs.
-
Assign the "Adverse Event" tag to the saved moment.
-
The system will generate a 30-second clip (15 seconds before and after the moment) for review. Only you and your team can see the saved moment, ensuring a non-disruptive experience for respondents.
- You can also enable the auto-clip feature, this will allow the system to automatically create a clip each time someone says "Adverse Event"
Retrieve and Analyze Saved Moments
After the session:
-
Go to the Insights tab and select Tag Insights.
-
Filter by the "Adverse Event" tag to view all associated clips.
-
Use the editing tools to refine the clips if necessary.
Additional Features
