Our Organization Access system simplifies project creation and management by assigning roles and permissions, ensuring seamless collaboration and workflow across your team.
Organization Selection Menu
All projects are organized by Organization, and the Organization name is displayed in the header of the project dashboard.
For those who belong to multiple organizations, a dropdown allows selecting which organization's projects to view on the dashboard.
Create or Join Other Organizations
The dropdown also includes options to join an existing organization or create a new one. Learn more here: Creating and Managing Your Discuss Account and Organization Access.
Organization Membership is Required to Create a Project
A project can only be created within an Organization. Selecting "New Project" on the dashboard will create a project under the currently selected organization.

Viewers Cannot Create Projects on an Organization
Those with Viewer access in an organization do not have permission to create projects. If project creation is unavailable, a message will indicate that the necessary permissions are not granted.To request a project, click the displayed message to contact your organization admin.
