Respondent Readiness Guide and Session Support

The Respondent Readiness Guide and Session Support streamline the live, human-led meeting room experience by verifying technology ahead of time and providing immediate help when issues arise.

Respondent Readiness Guide
Participants complete a guided check of their camera, microphone, speakers, and internet connection before entering the meeting room. Once complete, they move to the waiting room until admitted.

Session Support
Support Agents are on-call and immediately available for moderators and respondents who need assistance.

  • Respondents can click the Help button to alert the meeting room and open a support chat.
  • Moderators can request support at any point inside the meeting room.

This approach reduces session delays and lets support teams focus attention where it matters most. It is the first step in a broader initiative to deliver technology-first live support.

Virtual Personas

Virtual Personas add a new layer to the research lifecycle by turning your existing knowledge—past research, briefs, quant reports, demographics, and behavioral data—into dynamic AI-powered personas. They replicate real-world consumer behavior, evolve as new data is added, and simulate future decisions with high predictive power. This gives teams fast, always-on access to their audience and early direction before primary research, ensuring studies are better scoped, more focused, and higher impact.
