Users can send respondents an interview reminder from the respondent hub that includes the date, time, and interview link. If your session has live support, the agent will send these 20-30 minutes prior to the session start.

Any project member with access to the Respondent Hub section of a project.

Sending an Interview Reminder
Head to the 'Respondent Hub' section of the project and click the 'Invite & Notify' dropdown button.
Click the 'Interview Reminder' option.
Use the default template to send emails to respondents who are scheduled to upcoming interviews.
Or create a new template to send a more personalized reminder.
Choose the respondents that should receive the reminder.
Click 'Send' to send the reminder.
