This brief guide will provide information on the respondents' final status after the interview. This will confirm if they fully participated, were a no-show, were a backup, etc.
Respondent's Final Status Explained
If you have live support for your project, your support agent will complete the final status of your respondents making it easy for you to know who attended the session, who completed the session, and who was used as a backup.
To view the final status of respondents after the session has been completed navigate to the Overview page of your project and then select the "Respondents" tab and click "Completed Interviews."
On the right-hand side, you will see the final status column. Below is an explanation of what each status means.
Completed - The respondent took part and completed the session.
No Show - The respondent did NOT show up for the session.
No show, Client canceled - The respondent did NOT show up for the session. The client canceled the session.
Showed but not used (i.e. Backup) - The respondent DID show up for the session but was NOT used to complete the session. They were held as a backup for 10 minutes and then dismissed by support via private chat.
Showed but not used due to tech issues - The respondent DID show up for the session but was NOT used due to technical issues that could not be resolved.
Showed but wrong profile - The respondent showed up for the session but they did NOT meet the profile for the session.
Showed but client canceled session - The respondent DID show up for the session. The client canceled the session.
Showed late, not used - The respondent DID show up for the session. However, they joined after the scheduled start time and they did not take part in the session. They were then dismissed by support via private chat.
Replaced - The respondent was replaced with a backup participant.
