Turning Off VPN

Overview

This article summarizes how to turn off VPNs on Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS.

If you are having issues with your camera and microphone being accessed by our platform it may be caused due to using a VPN. We recommend users turn off their VPN before joining sessions.

Windows 10

1. Go to Start menu > Settings > Network & Internet

2. Select VPN from the menu on the left panel

3. Select the VPN to disable

4. Click Disconnect

Mac OS

1. Go to System Preferences > Network

2. Select your VPN from the left panel

3. Click Disconnect

Android

1. Go to Settings > Connections > More connection settings

2. Tap your VPN name

3. Click Disconnect

iOS

1. Go to Settings > General

2. Tap VPN.

3. Toggle off the VPN status to Not Connected.
