Pre-Work
Start learning about your respondents before the conversation even starts. Ask open-ended questions or request video and image submissions ahead of any session. In a few simple steps create your pre-work tasks for respondents to complete on their own before your live interview.
*Now enabled for all DIY projects.

From the respondent hub, send pre-work requests with customizable templates. Keep track of who has responded and who needs another reminder. When a respondent has completed their Pre-Work, easily view responses by clicking the play button under Pre-Work Status.

Respondent Hub Email Reminders
Calendars and schedules get busy, remind participants of their upcoming live interviews with the new Interview Reminder notifications from the Respondent Hub.

Optimize with Tags
Get the most out of your live conversations and insights by leveraging tags to extract more findings and uncover key themes.

Before your session kicks off add Tags you think are relevant and set them to auto-clip

During the interview use the Save Moment button and create a new tag, you can set it to auto-clip for the rest of the session.

After your session if you uncover a theme you want to explore more, create a tag and select auto-clip, the insights engine will review all recordings and clip all instances of that tag
