You can join your live meeting room up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time.
STEP 1
Join by:
Using the link you've been sent that is formatted like https://app.discuss.io/123456/m (the /m at the end is for Moderator)
OR
Clicking on the moderator link from the project overview page.

STEP 2
After accessing the link, you will enter the email and password associated with your Discuss.io account. If you try to use a different email address you will be prompted to create another account or be met with a forbidden access error:

STEP 3
Once you've logged in, you will need to allow the browser access to your devices by selecting Allow:

STEP 4
You will then select your audio/video device settings and whether you want to join with your camera and mic on or off. When settings are selected, click Join Meeting:

STEP 5
At this point, you will be automatically joined to the live meeting room. If your camera and mic are on then anyone who is also joined to the live meeting room (like support, translator, and other moderators) will be able to see and hear you immediately.
