Overview
This brief guide will provide information on how to access the polling results from the Discuss.io dashboard.
Polling Results Page
To review the data on a project's polling, head to the 'Insights' tab in your account and click 'Poll Results'.

This will then take you to your polling dashboard where you will get to see an aggregated version of all the different poll questions created for your project.

At the left section of the page, you will see a count of all the poll questions with captured results from any of the interviews you have completed.

The cards below will show an overview of all the aggregated data for each question used in your project interviews. The polls will appear in the order of the most recent poll created to the oldest poll created.

Edited Poll Questions
If the poll name, poll question, or poll type changes that is a new poll card in poll results.
If the poll name, poll question, and poll type remain the same and responses are added or changed then those results will continue to live in the same card in poll results.
Polling Card Questions
Each card represents a question that has been asked to participants in interviews throughout the lifespan of your project. When looking at the data displayed on the card, you will see an aggregate of answers submitted in all of the past sessions that question was asked in.

The card also will display how many participants have submitted answers in all of these interviews that the questions were asked.

Results by Interview
For a more in-depth analysis and breakout of each session, that question was asked in, you can click the 'Results by Interview' button in the bottom right-hand corner.

This button will populate a modal with each session the question was asked with a breakout of the responses per session.

You can also use this view to go from poll to poll using the 'Previous Poll' and 'Next Poll' buttons at the bottom.

Watch the Moment
When recording an interview, an automatic recording happens when the moderator launches a poll. The full recording of this moment catches everything from the launch of the poll to the end of the poll.
For this functionality to capture the data correctly, you must end the poll before ending the session.
To watch the moment in the interview, click the 'Watch the Moment' button next to each interview breakdown in the modal. This button will only appear if you recorded the session.

When you click the button, it will redirect you to the 'Recordings' section in the 'Insights' section of the platform.
Here you will get a clip for each of the polls in that session. If you have the 'Insights' functionality turned on for your project, you will also see sentiment analysis applied to all of these clips.

You will also see where the polls were taken on the timeline of the main recording of the session.

Downloading Results
To download all of your results, head to the 'Download Results' Button at the top right part of the main page.

This download will include an itemized breakout of each session with each participant's response.
