At Discuss, we offer various options to simplify your onboarding process for Next Gen Insights. Our platform is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive, tailored specifically for researchers.

We've ensured that numerous resources are available for all types of learners. While you are welcome to dive into your dashboard and explore the platform at your own pace, we recommend utilizing one of the following training options to maximize your experience and fully leverage the platform's potential for your qualitative research needs.

What is Discuss University?

Discuss University is your virtual launchpad for resources, guides, webinars, and courses designed to elevate your research experience.

Whether you're an experienced researcher, marketer, or research project manager, our goal is to democratize human-centric insights and equip everyone, even those new to research, with the tools to extract valuable insights for informed business decisions. Stay tuned as new courses will continue to be launched on a regular basis.

How is Discuss University different from this Discuss Help Center?

Both offer valuable content and are meant to be used together. Discuss University has in-depth learning including webinars, courses, and a structured certification path to enhance your expertise. This Help Center provides FAQs and articles to help you with questions about specific steps and processes on Discuss. 

What do I need to join?

First, complete our signup form here. Then, you will receive an email from discussuniversity@discuss.io to create your account by choosing a username and password. Be sure to use the email address associated with your Discuss account. Once we confirm you have are an active Discuss users with an active project, you'll receive a confirmation email. SSO will be available soon. 

Who can join and what is the cost?

Customers with existing subscriptions (USB or FFP) and who are a member of an active project can join, free of charge. 

Will more courses be added?

Absolutely! We're enhancing Discuss University with new courses, videos, and articles to support your research journey. You'll find the certification for all users of the platform. Stay tuned for updates!

Can I share my certificate on LinkedIn?

Yes! Simply follow the instructions below

  1. Login to Discuss University
  2. From the top right of your screen, click on your account and Go to legacy interface
  3. From the top right of your screen, click on your account and My Certificates
  4. Click on the LinkedIn logo under the "options" column and click add to profile
  5. On LinkedIn, you'll be prompt to add your certification information: 
    • Name : Discuss for Researcher
    • Issuing Organization: Discuss
    • Issue Date
    • Expiration Date: All certificates are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
    • Credential URL:  Included in your email received from noreply@talentlms.com
    • Media: Feel free to upload your certification !

 

Instructor-Led Training

We offer a series of standardized live training sessions on platform features for an additional cost of $500. Conducted by our experienced Customer Success team, these trainings are delivered on our platform.

To request live training, use our quote form or ask your customer success manager, project manager or coordinator directly. You can also request the booking link via customercare@discuss.io

Training availability depends on your project setup. Self-served projects can select training components for DIY Projects, while projects with a Project Manager can opt for Full Service Project training.
