Overview
This guide shows how to edit the video test question within the Discuss platform. Video test questions on Discuss serve as a valuable tool for introducing participants before direct interactions and ensuring that respondents meet essential technical prerequisites for participation. By default, the system prompts candidates with the question, "Tell me about yourself in 15 seconds." You can modify the video test question to align with your specific needs.
How to Edit the Video Test Question
From the Overview page
You can change the video test question from the "Respondents" tab. Here's how:
- Navigate to your project's overview page, and scroll down until you reach the "Interview Materials" section.
- Within this section, locate and click on the option labeled "Video Test Question."
- Upon clicking, a popup will appear, providing you with the ability to customize the question according to your specific requirements.
From the Screener Tab
You can change the video test question from the "Respondents" tab. Here's how:
- Navigate to the "Respondents" tab. Within the "Screener" sub-tab, scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Click on the small pencil icon. That will you to type in the desired video test question message to better suit your needs.
