Information to respondents about their incentives. Participants who have taken part in a live interview can be eligible for an incentive. This applies to respondents recruited through User Interviews.
- If you have been recruited by an outside agency, please contact the agency directly for information about your reward. Discuss.io is not responsible for paying your incentive.
- If you were recruited through Askable, they will pay you directly. Please wait for further instructions from them or email them at contact@askable.com.
Claim your reward
If you were recruited through the User Interviews panel, then you will be paid via Tango Card, our rewards partner.
- At the end of your live discussion, you may be redirected to the incentive page where you can immediately start to enter your details.
- Alternatively, if at the end of the discussion you receive a message saying we are unable to issue your reward automatically, please allow 3 business days from the end of your discussion to receive your reward link via email.
- Be sure to check your spam/junk mail folder, as well. You can review the Tango Card Rewards Catalog in the meantime. Be sure to choose the country you're located in to see what rewards are available to you.

Instructions
STEP 1 - Select the country where you live to view the correct available rewards.

STEP 3 - Confirm your email address
The email address will automatically be the email you used to join the session. Confirm this is the email address the award will be sent and click SUBMIT. If this email is incorrect, please submit a help request using the link in the upper right corner of this page.
STEP 4 - Check your email, twice
a. CLAIM YOUR REWARD
You will get the FIRST email from Discuss.io to verify and confirm this is where the reward will be sent -- please check your spam and junk mail if you don't see it in your inbox.
You must click on "click here" to finish claiming the gift card.
b. REDEEM YOUR REWARD
You will get a SECOND email from Tango Card within 24 hours. It will have the gift card claim code or link and INSTRUCTIONS TO REDEEM. More info about redeeming a Visa or Mastercard Prepaid Card.
STEP 5 - Follow the instructions to claim your card
For some rewards, you will have to create a Tango Card account (digital wallet) to claim your card. For others, you will need to click on a link and PRINT your gift card or add it to a store account (like Target or Walmart). Please read all information provided.
We cannot help you if you lose the link to your gift card.
For an online retailer, you'd receive an email in which you'd have to create a digital wallet with Tango Card.
For a retailer with online and in-person shopping, you'd have to click on the Redemption URL to get to your actual gift card.
