The Discuss.io Whiteboard Allows the Following File Formats To Be Uploaded To the Meeting Room

Filestack does not support some font families -- if you get and error in upload, try saving as a PDF and uploading the PDF file

Filestack does not support embedded audio or video in Powerpoint files

***Please note that all high-resolution videos (anything greater than 720p) will need to be compressed off platform before being uploaded as stimulus.***
File size limit: The current file size limit is 1 GB per file.
Please note that larger files take more time to upload and if your connection is not stable the action may be terminated/broken.
Unsupported File Types

Videos embedded in PPT files (If you want to share videos they must be uploaded separately in the project)

GIF files (if you want to share GIFs with the consumers please use the Screenshare feature)

If you want to have a blank whiteboard for respondents. Simply upload a white image or blank pdf.
