This brief guide will provide information on what our platform support agents do prior to your session start time and why it is beneficial to include live support in your project.
Sometimes technical problems arise and it can be difficult to handle these whilst preparing for moderating your session and assisting your end clients prior to the session. Having Live support included in your project ensures that these problems are handled efficiently with a trained, experienced platform support agent.
What is Live Tech Support?
Platform Support agents will be available live in every session for 40 minutes. They will join 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to begin receiving participants. They will analyze technical details, conduct live tech checks, brief participants, and connect with recruitment teams where necessary.
Please note that we require at least 24 business hours notice to assign a support agent to sessions.
