What are Stimuli?
Stimuli are prompts or elaborations that can be added to tasks to motivate or guide the respondent's response.
What Stimuli Types are Supported?
The following stimuli are able to be added to tasks:
- .jpeg
- .png
- .gif
- .mp4
- .pptx
- .docx
Why Add Stimulus to a Task?
Adding stimulus to a task allows for you to add richer context to the questions and allow for a more robust response. Some uses cases include:
- Prompts
- Guides
- Directional
How to Add Stimulus to a Task
To add stimulus to a task in the 'Survey Editor', click the 'Options' button below the text box of the task.
Click '+ Add Stimulus'.
Upload the file to be added as stimulus to the task.
Click 'Save & Next' to save the stimulus task.
Previewing Added Stimulus
Click the expand icon to preview the stimulus added to a task.
