Overview

This brief guide will provide instructions on how to view and download recordings and clips. After your session is complete. Saved moments and whiteboard snapshots will be available as soon as the recording has been processed. This can take from 30-60 minutes to process and be available in the archive.

Our handy "Save Moment" button allows moderators and observers to easily save a clip of a moment they found helpful to their research. The Save moment button creates a clip that can be found in the recordings tab under the full video recording. Each clip is 30 seconds long. These 30 seconds are created 15 seconds before the users click the save moment button and 15 seconds after.

Whiteboard snapshots allow moderators to take an image of the markup that respondents have completed before erasing the markup and moving to the section of the session. The whiteboard snapshot button creates an image that can be found in the recordings tab under the full video recording.
