Help Desk technicians are available to help clients navigate our platform, resolve technical issues, and answer respondent inquiries Monday through Friday, 4 AM - 10 PM EST. In-app chat is available for clients during this time, as well.
Respondents can reach the help desk by submitting a request through the link on the top right of this page.
If a help desk technician is unavailable, please submit a request and someone from our customer support team will triage your request and get back to you within 24 business hours.
If you need help during off hours, our help center is online 24 hours a day! You can find answers at support.discuss.io at any time.
