Help Desk Hours
Help Desk technicians are available to help clients navigate our platform, resolve technical issues, and answer respondent inquiries Monday through Friday, 4 AM - 6 PM EST. In-app chat is available during this time, as well.
Project Manager and Coordinator Hours
Our full-service project management and DIY project coordination teams maintain their own individual work hours Monday through Friday so at the start of your project please confirm with your PM/PC when they are available.
Customer Care Hours
For DIY clients without project coordination, a DIY project specialist is available via firstname.lastname@example.org Monday through Friday 5 AM - 9 PM EST.
