This brief guide will provide instructions on how to assign a recruiter to a session. Once a session has been created for a project, navigate to the respondent hub tab.
Assigning Recruiters to a Session
To add a recruiter to a specific session, click the "+ Select Recruiter" button in the session you would like to add them to.
To assign a recruiter to the interview, click the drop-down arrow to see a list of recruiters in your project. If you need to add a recruiter/ Omni-Recruiter to your project please review Add a Member to Your Project
Alternatively, you can also input the recruiter's email to add them to the session. Please note this means their role will be set as a recruiter and not Omni-Recutirer. Learn more about roles type here.
Once you have selected your recruiter. Simply close the interview recruiter box to move on.
A recruiter can always be removed after being assigned to the interview. By clicking the cross button beside their email address.
