Moving Respondents Back Into the Waiting Room

Once a respondent has entered the session, the moderator or support agent will have the power to send the respondent back into the waiting room by clicking the "x" button next to the respondent's name in the panelist's list.

A dialogue will then appear and allow you to choose from three different options:

"Cancel" - This will cancel the dialog and leave the respondent in the session

"Confirm Dismiss" - This will remove the respondent from the conversation entirely and not allow for the respondent to rejoin the session

"Return to Waiting Room" - This will send the respondent back into the waiting room until the moderator or support agent is ready to bring them back in

Click the "Return to Waiting Room" option and that will move the respondent back to the waiting room.

Here the moderator or support agent will be able to chat with the respondent in case they still need to communicate with the respondent in the waiting room.

Once the moderator or support agent is ready to bring the respondent back into the waiting room, they will then need to click the "+" next to the respondent's name in the panelist list again.

Note: There is no limit to the amount of times you are able to move the same respondent from waiting room to meeting room and then back again.
