As soon as you log into Discuss, you will land on your Dashboard. Your dashboard will show all the projects that you are a member of.
View Your Projects
You can view all projects you are part of by navigating to your project dashboard: https://app.discuss.io/dashboard
You can also click the Discuss logo on the top left to quickly navigate to your projects dashboard.
Filter Projects by Label
Project Labels appear on the project dashboard and can be used to filter projects.
You can:
- Filter by one or more labels
- Combine label filters with date-created filters
- Narrow results across multiple project categories
When multiple labels are selected, projects matching any selected label will appear in the filtered results.
Organization Admins Can View the List of All Projects Within Their Organization
Organization Admins can view the list of all projects associated with their organization directly from the Project Dashboard. This update gives admins full visibility across teams.
Admins can:
See a complete list of all projects tied to the organization.
Can only access and open projects that they are a member of.
View Projects that are Scheduled to be Deleted
- Click the 3 dots button that is on the top right corner of your screen, and select the option that says "Project Deletion Schedule".
- Review the list of the project set to be deleted, and the date associated with it.
Note: Project deletion dates are determined by your organization's data retention policy. To view your current data retention settings, navigate to Organization Settings and review the Data Retention Policy section. For detailed instructions, see: View Your Current Data Retention Configuration
