How Admins can use search and filter to find and manage users
(For Seat-Based Customers)
The User Management Dashboard helps Organization Admins gain visibility across all research and better manage their user seats. When utilizing the dashboard, admins can use search and filtering capabilities to help find users quickly and change or review user permissions. Coming Soon
Automated User Management Experience
(For Seat-Based Customers)
The User Management Dashboard is here and we are now working to upscale our capabilities to help automate new seat requests. The automated user management experience will streamline the seat request process for users and admins. When a new paid seat is requested, admins will automatically receive a notification and be able to approve or deny the new seat. Once the seat is approved or denied the users will receive a notification with the status.
