Overview

This release helps teams run richer research at scale without adding complexity. We’re expanding what researchers can show and observe in AI-led interviews, while also reducing the effort it takes to manage outputs once a project is complete. These updates keep context intact during research and make it easier to move from learning to action, even when studies run across multiple markets at once.

Updates

Capture real user behavior with screen recording in AI-led research

UX Testing for AI Moderation Beta

Screen recording is now available in beta for AI-led interviews on desktop, giving teams a clearer view of real user behavior while running research across markets and time zones. Screen recordings work seamlessly with clips, highlight reels, summaries, and quotes, so teams can synthesize findings without coordinating human-led sessions or relying on additional tools.

  • Combine on-screen behavior and conversation in a single flow
  • Run UX research across markets without live moderation
  • Move directly from observation to analysis all in one platform

If you’re already using Interview Agent, screen recording is available to try in your UX studies today. If not, connect with your Discuss team to learn how to get started.

Stimuli sharing for AI Moderation

You can now include image and video stimuli directly in AI-led interviews, making it easier to test messages, concepts, and creative work in context, at scale. This update makes AI-led interviews a stronger fit for global message testing, creative exploration, and early product feedback, helping teams get clearer directional input earlier without losing context.

  • Understand first impressions and emotional responses in the moment as participants engage with real materials
  • Test concepts in parallel across markets and analyze findings together
  • Gather feedback that stays grounded in what participants actually saw
  • Run concept and creative testing without disrupting the interview flow
