Respondent Hub - Add Respondents & Invite To Session - Moderator Guide

Add Respondents and Assign Them to Specific Sessions

Select your project from the dashboard: First, you can log in to your Discuss account and access your dashboard. Through there, you'll find all the projects you are a member of, then you can select the project you need to check up on from the list in your dashboard.

After clicking on your project, navigate to the Respondent hub tab in order to view upcoming interviews and click on Add/Edit Respondents

Enter their first name and email and assign them to an interview

Assign the newly added respondent to an upcoming interview: You can do that by clicking on "Select Date & Time" as shown in the image below. Make sure to press the "Done" button located in the top right corner to save the changes.

Invite Respondents To Sessions

Sending the interview invite to the newly added respondent: Back in the respondent hub view, you will be able to see the interview invite status. For this newly added respondent, the invite hasn't been sent yet.

You can send the interview invites through the "Notify and invite" button located on the top left side of the page.

You can use the default template to send emails to respondents who are scheduled for upcoming interviews or customize the invite message. Then, select the targeted respondent and hit "Send".

You can visually check the status of the invite by looking at the "Invite Status" section in your respondent hub view.

When the respondent receives the email invite containing the interview link, they have a "Confirm" button on the email that allows them to confirm that they will be attending. Once the respondent presses that button the invite status displays "Confirmed!"
