If you are using the Respondent Hub to manage recruits, you will have access to a Completed Interviews tab. This is where recruits and Platform Live Support can collaborate regarding the final status of respondent. 

 

If the project include Live Support, the Platform Support Agent will update the final status of your respondent. This information will be available to you to assist with managing respondent rewards.
