3 Ways to Manage a Project 

1. Self Serve 

You Manage :

    • Project Setup (setting allowed devices and candidate availability, product demo/training)

               Project Setting training here.

    • Session Scheduling (confirming dates and times, scheduling sessions) 

              Schedule Management training here.

    • Tech Checks (customizing tech check questions, sending tech check links, reviewing responses, choosing final candidates) (optional)

              Pre-session Preparation Training here.

    • Respondent Scheduling (inviting to interviews, confirming participation, fielding questions)

              Respondent Management Training here

    • In-session support (technical troubleshooting, contacting no-show respondents).

                   Self Support Training here.

 

2. Self Serve + Premier Live Tech Support

You Manage : 

    • Project Setup (setting allowed devices and candidate availability, product demo/training)

               Project Setting training here.

    • Session Scheduling (confirming dates and times, scheduling sessions) 

              Schedule Management training here.

    • Tech Checks (customizing tech check question, sending tech check link, reviewing responses, choosing final candidates) (optional)

    • Respondent Scheduling (inviting to interviews, confirming participation, fielding questions)

              Respondent Management Training here

Discuss Manage : 

    • In-Session Support (technical troubleshooting, contacting no-show respondents)  
        • Live tech support will be available for setup and via the Help Button throughout the session.
        • If you provide contact information for respondents, Discuss will contact them before the start time as needed. Please note that sessions scheduled less than 24 hours in advance may not have live tech support depending on availability. Weekend Support is not guaranteed and must be requested via customercare@discuss.io or your PM/PC
        • If you need to provide additional instructions for our live tech support agent, please visit the Respondent Hub of your Project and click on notes for support

 

3. Discuss Project Coordination

You Manage:

    • Project Setup (setting allowed devices and candidate availability, product demo/training)

               Project Setting training here.

Discuss Manage: 

    • Session Scheduling (confirming dates and times, scheduling sessions)

    • Tech Checks (customizing tech check questions, sending tech check link, reviewing responses, choosing final candidates) 

      • Discuss provides information for you to share with respondents on how to do a tech check.

      • Discuss provides pass/fail information but you choose your final respondents

    • Respondent Scheduling (inviting to interviews, confirming participation, fielding questions) 
      • Discuss provides links for each respondent for you to send.
    • In-Session Support (technical troubleshooting, contacting no-show respondents) 
      • If Premier Live Tech Support is also purchased, live tech support will be available for setup and via the Help Button throughout the session.
      • Discuss will call respondents as needed before sessions if phone numbers are provided. 
      • If you need to provide additional instructions for our live tech support agent, please visit the Respondent Hub of your Project and click on notes for support
