Building on Genie’s industry-leading AI, Insights Agent now delivers rich, quote-backed insights from self-paced activities. It automatically summarizes key findings, pinpoints supporting quotes, and generates highlight reels—so you can scale insights without adding to your workload.
Enable anyone to understand global audiences with Translate Agent
Subtitles are now available across all recordings, self-paced video responses, clips, and highlight reels. Choose English subtitles, subtitles in the spoken language, or turn them off entirely. This update helps you capture tone, emotion, and nuance without relying on external translations—making global research faster and more accessible.

Global quotes for Genie insights
Users can now get quotes for all questions and themes in all languages supported by our AI-translations.

Quotes will appear in English, with a “Play” button to view the clip in the original language.

Gold standard privacy protection
Customize your PII blurring
We’ve made it easier to balance privacy with research quality. Now, when blurring recordings, you can choose whether to blur or unblur stimuli and shared screens, giving you greater flexibility in meeting PII guidelines while preserving essential content.

Organization level privacy controls
Admins now have enhanced control over privacy with organization-wide pseudonymization and PII suppression.

When enabled, “Limit Access to PII” and “Use Pseudonyms” will default to ON for all projects to maintain consistency.

Admins can adjust these settings, but when ON, project-level edits for PII will be locked for added security.
