Invite Project Members
Add moderators, recruiting partners, and team members to the project. Learn how here.
Book Sessions
Schedule your sessions 24 business hours in advance through the dashboard to secure live support.
Learn how to schedule interviews here. Assign all moderators, translators, and observers and they'll receive calendar invites.
Manage Respondents
Ensure your recruits are added to the Respondent Hub. If you are working with a third-party recruiter, ensure that they have been assigned to the sessions.

If you add the respondents' first name and email and/or phone number our support team will be able to reach out to them during the session setup. Be sure to also ask respondents to take a tech check!

Session Notes
Tell us how you want the session set-up to look and if you have any special requests you can leave notes for our support team. Your support agent will join the session 20-30 minutes in advance.

Best Practices
- Book sessions at least 24 business hours before the session to guarantee support.
- If you're using your translator, ensure that they test their device before the session.
- If live support is requested, be familiar with what your platform support agent can and can't do.
- Moderators should join the session at least 15 minutes before the start.
- Utilize your free, Personal meeting room (PMR) for onboarding, testing, and debriefing.
- Respondents’ tech checks are critical to avoid issues during sessions
Final Invoice & Session Completion
If required and not yet provided, please submit any project number/code/ID or PO you'd like referenced on the final invoice. Let us know if more sessions will be added beyond the originally requested, as your invoice will be issued 2-3 business days after the last session is completed.
